When you place an order with us, you will be asked to confirm that you agree with our Terms and Conditions contained within all our help pages. Please read these pages as clicking on the confirmation on the checkout pages states that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and the changes will effective from when they are displayed on our website.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept payment by cheque (UK sterling). Please make all cheques payable to Haillo and allow 7 days for clearance.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case of typographical error or error in pricing information, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. The size and description of each piece is given as a fair description of each design. As each handmade jewellery piece is unique there may be slight colour and slight size variation from piece to piece. If the gemstone you have chosen is no longer available we will contact you to offer you an alternative gemstone.

Copywrite No part of the Website including design, text and in particular images, may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying or any other information storage and retrieval system, without the written permission of Haillo.

Shipping And HandlingShipping overseas has a minimum (EU Countries £13.00 ex VAT and Worldwide £18.00 VAT exempt). Please note we may require an additional payment for heavy or bulky orders. If this is the case we will always ask you before making any additional charges.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 5 working days. International orders are generally received in less than 10 working days. Haillo does it best to supply the goods within this time period but will not be liable for delays. Goods will remain the property of Haillo until payment of the goods has been received in full.

Availability We will advise you within 48 hours of placing your order should any item be unavailable. Once advised of the expected timescale of your delivery, if you wish, you may choose to cancel your order and a full refund of any monies received by us will be made. If this applies to part of an order then a refund of the applicable amount received will be offered.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added as a separate line in your cart summary and checkout. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Any claims on Haillo for non-delivery, short deliveries, damaged goods or incorrect deliveries must be notified to the company within 5 working days of delivery. All goods must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped within 5 working days of delivery. In the event of damaged goods in transit a claim will be made against the courier and the goods as well as the original packaging must be return for a full refund. Goods clearly damaged by misuse or rough handling by the consumer/recipient will not be refunded. Each case will be individually assessed. Gemstones are delicate and should always be handled with care.
